Jones has an interest in Taylor

The bad part about it, Jermain Taylor and I had a date for September. HBO gave him a pay-perview [date ] to fight me. They agreed to this a long time before I fought Anthony Hanshaw [on July 14 ].

" They said 'Naw, we're going to fight Kelly Pavlik first.' I said 'You are making a mistake, Lou. He [Taylor ] almost lost his last six fights.'” Jones, a 39-year-old fighter from Pensacola, Fla., first won the middleweight world title with a 1993 unanimous decision over Bernard Hopkins. He added a supermiddleweight world title in 2004, a unanimous decision over James Toney.

Jones kept moving up, knocking out Montell Griffin to win the light heavyweight title in 1997. He held that title for seven years, until being knocked out by Antonio Tarver in 2004.

During that time Jones made the unprecedented move from middleweight to heavyweight when he beat John Ruiz to win the WBA heavyweight title in 2003.

LL Continues Her Walk Down Pre-Rehab Memory Lane

Lindsay and her leggings were reunited yesterday but not for long. Also missing in action is her boy Riley. We don't blame her for wanting a little break after taking him home for Thanksgiving, especially if he were acting like a jerk. In fact, LL may already be weighing her other options. Apparently she was spotted leaving Matsuhisa restaurant on Wednesday just a few minutes after her ex (and Mary-Kate's, and Paris'), Stavros Niarchos, walked out. Of course, this could just be a coincidence, or a friendly meal. From Samantha to Stavros in one night, LL seems to be reconnecting with some of her old friends. Those two might not be the best influences, but we are starting to think Riley's days are numbered.

More of LL in her dark ensemble, so just read more

Going Places: Go for a photo finish

Your vacation was fantastic, and you took lots of photos to prove it. Now what? Here are ways to share and otherwise enjoy your travel snapshots -- the very reason you snapped them in the first place.

PICTUREBOOK 64 MB POCKET DIGITAL PHOTO ALBUM BY BROOKSTONE, $200 This digital album makes it easy to free your photos from your camera or computer and share them. Plug your memory card directly into the album, or connect it to your computer (it's PC- and Mac-compatible) and photos download quickly and easily. Straightforward has its cons, however, and the unit does not have a lot of functions. In each of the four albums, you must scroll past every photo to get to the last one, for example, or view all the photos in reverse. But it is nice and portable, with a 3.5-inch screen that's a decent size for image-viewing.

Sanyo Xacti camcorder

The SANYO Xacti HD1000 camcorder, $1,000, is a high-definition full 1080i video recorder with up to eight megapixel still images in a compact palm-fitting design.

The 1920 by 1080 video is as good, if not better, than HD TV programming. It sports a 10 times optical (100 times digital) variable zoom and features effective anti-shake technology in both video and picture mode.

A generously sized 2.7-inch-wide view screen rotates so you can view and shoot from any angle, including at yourself.

LG Elec says can win market share from Motorola

It is pinning hopes on premium models such as "Viewty" while also trying to expand in fast-growing emerging markets.

On the other hand, Motorola has been losing market share to rivals such as Nokia <NOK1V.HE> and Samsung Electronics Co Ltd <005930.KS> after failing to come up with a strong successor to the Razr phone, its last blockbuster.

Last month, the U.S. cell phone maker announced a strategic review that could lead to the separation of the loss-making mobile phone unit.

Shares in LG Electronics, which also makes appliances and televisions, fell 0.3 percent to 94,100 won by 10:09 p.m. EST, in a wider market <.KS11> down 1.6 percent. LG's handset division represents more than 40 percent of its sales.

Kenyan wildlife park bush fire rages for second day

The blaze at one of Kenya's most popular destinations is another hit to the ailing tourism industry, which has seen declining numbers and profits since a post-election crisis that killed more than 1,000 people.

Lake Nakuru park, normally teeming with U.S., European and other tourists driving around in four-wheel-drive vehicles, has been virtually devoid of visitors since the December 27 vote.

When the fire began, grass parched from a recent lack of rain made fertile fuel. A Reuters reporter saw blackened hills with plumes of smoke behind and fringes of flames moving forward.

Most famous for the hordes of flamingos that gather on its lake shore, the park in central Kenya is home to 450 species including white rhinos, giraffes and lions.

"This was definitely an accident.
